Maersk is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the Onsite Technology team in Mexico City. You will deliver hands-on IT support for workplace technologies, infrastructure, and end-user services, ensuring reliable operations and supporting VIP users.

You will manage asset lifecycles, coordinate local technology projects, and promote cybersecurity and ITSM practices to uphold business continuity.

Formación

• 3+ years of IT support experience in a large organization.
• Experience supporting end-user computing environments and onsite infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite technical support for incidents, service requests, and workplace technology needs.
• Manage the IT asset lifecycle, including installation, relocation, configuration, upgrades, and decommissioning.
