Maersk in Mexico City is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the Onsite Technology team. You will provide hands-on IT support across workplace technologies, infrastructure, and end-user services to ensure reliable technology operations and continuity.

You will support business users, including VIP stakeholders, and contribute to technology projects. 3+ years of IT support experience and strong Windows/M365 expertise are required; ITIL knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years of IT support experience within a large and preferably global organization.
• Strong experience supporting end‑user computing environments, workplace technologies, and onsite infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, file and print services, and device troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting collaboration technologies, video conferencing solutions, and communication platforms.
• Understanding of server and network troubleshooting, asset management, and IT service delivery principles; ITIL knowledge is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite technical support for incidents, service requests, and workplace technology needs across supported business units.
• Manage the IT asset lifecycle, including installation, relocation, configuration, upgrades, and decommissioning of devices and equipment.
• Support hardware and software asset management, inventory accuracy, tracking, and compliance activities.
• Troubleshoot end‑user devices, printers, collaboration technologies, LAN connectivity, and local infrastructure issues.
• Deliver high‑quality support for VIP users while ensuring service level commitments are met.
• Coordinate local technology projects, hardware and software upgrades, and procurement activities in line with company processes.
• Promote and follow cyber security standards, IT service management practices, and business continuity requirements.
