Amazon Mexico is seeking an ITS Support Engineer to provide on-site, high-quality IT support for laptops, servers and websites across the corporate workforce. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues, ensuring secure and uninterrupted productivity.

You will serve as a knowledge expert, mentoring peers, handling escalations, and partnering with internal teams to maintain IT services. A strong customer focus and collaborative mindset are required.

Formación

• 2+ years of corporate IT support across Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Experience with video conference and teleconference equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver on-site, hands-on IT support for hardware and software issues across corporate devices.
• Triage and resolve incidents, monitor systems, and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Act as escalation contact for high severity incidents and provide timely solutions.
• Assist with change management activities in a high availability environment.
• Collaborate with vendor teams and other IT groups on improvement projects.
