The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in desktop support, a strong command of Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, and proficiency in networking protocols. Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Desktop Support or similar roles.
• Experience with Active Directory for user management.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote desktop support for users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.
