Amazon's IT Services team is seeking an ITS Support Engineer to provide on-site, high-quality IT support for Amazon's corporate workforce. You will diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring secure and uninterrupted productivity across laptops, servers and websites.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in corporate IT support, fluency in English, and experience in multi-user, high-availability environments.

Formación

• 2+ years of corporate IT experience supporting Windows, Mac or Linux environments.
• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high-availability environment.
• 2+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver on-site, high-quality troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
• Provide on-call support for high-severity incidents.
• Triage and escalate outages to minimize downtime.
• Understand and execute change management in a high-availability environment.
• Collaborate with partner teams and vendors on improvements.
• Effectively manage and oversee IT asset inventories.
• Mentor peers and support team onboarding and growth.
• Keep up-to-date with IT policies and new technologies.
