Responsabilidades

• Deliver on-site, high-quality IT support diagnoses and resolutions.
• Provide on-call support for high-severity incidents and act as escalation point.
• Assist with triage to reduce downtime for system or network outages.
• Understand and execute change management in a high-availability environment.
• Collaborate with partner teams and vendors on improvement projects.
• Oversee IT asset inventories and lifecycle management.
• Mentor peers and new team members on processes and best practices.
