Sharp Brains is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver onsite end-user support and handle office infrastructure, asset management, and project-based assistance. The role covers troubleshooting, device lifecycle management, inventory control, and coordination with remote technical teams and third-party vendors.

Formación

• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and office IT infrastructure.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, access points).
• Experience with hardware asset management and inventory control.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote support teams and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment and coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.
• Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and workplace technologies; install and troubleshoot switches, routers, and access points.
• Conduct inventory audits, asset labeling, tracking, warranty coordination, and stock management to ensure asset accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with office moves, hardware refreshes, infrastructure projects, and coordination with third-party vendors.
