MoneyGram is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to drive onboarding workflows for partner applications and modifications. You will manage end-to-end processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely progression across systems.

The role requires 1+ years in operations or onboarding within financial services, with strong attention to detail and effective stakeholder communication. Experience with fintech tools and automated systems is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, compliance, or technical fields.
• 1+ years of experience in operations, onboarding, or financial services (preferred).
• Experience in payments, fintech, or remittance environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with workflow tools, CRM systems, or onboarding platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end onboarding workflows for assigned partners and ensure timely progression.
• Monitor application status across systems and address delays or bottlenecks.
• Ensure steps are completed per defined processes and SLAs.
• Validate partner information and maintain data integrity across platforms.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Credit, and Treasury to support onboarding.
