Jobtailor is seeking a solution-oriented Client Services professional to coordinate corporate card onboarding and ongoing client support for USA and Mexican accounts. You will ensure regulatory alignment, manage contracts through to completion, and hand off to Account Management with smooth onboarding.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, process improvement, and precise documentation, spanning AML/KYC, underwriting and billing workflows. Strong English communication is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with Corporate Card clients as the primary contact for Global Commercial Services.
• Lead onboarding of USA and Mexican clients with support from Business Development Managers.
• Advise clients on legal and regulatory requirements.
• Carry contracts through to completion and ensure documentation is provided and compliant.
• Manage lead closure and onboarding of new clients.
• Build valued client relationships before handing accounts to Account Management teams.
• Capture application forms by phone and request correct AML/KYC documentation.
• Provide premium, dedicated customer service throughout implementation and enrolment.
• Work with Business Development Managers to achieve successful implementation and handover.
• Process underwriting requests, company account setup, card member applications, @Work, Billing Support Files, payment methods, and other in-scope requirements
