The Onboarding Specialist at the company will guide users through their onboarding journey, addressing technical questions and ensuring a smooth start with our platform. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver workshops, set up accounts, and provide best-practice guidance.

Minimum requirements include advanced English, 2+ years in implementation consulting for API technologies, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken.
• 2+ years of implementation consulting in API technologies or complex technical environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs and experience with SaaS solutions.
• Comfortable discussing technical concepts and API architecture with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical guidance to users during onboarding.
• Deliver pre-built technical workshops and kickoff calls.
• Provide light-touch project management for ongoing implementations and escalate delays.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user queries.
• Maintain accurate records of user interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Anticipate and address technical challenges during onboarding and propose improvements.
• Offer guidance on best practices, product features, and account setup for user success.
• Continuously update knowledge of the company's products and updates.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
