Solera Corporation is seeking a Junior Account Manager, Onboarding in Mexico City to drive value realization for new customers through a structured onboarding journey. You will balance customer enablement with commercial outcomes while ensuring readiness for long-term success.

The role emphasizes onboarding milestones (30/60/90 days), training delivery, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve barriers and improve customer experience. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Formación

Experience in a customer-facing onboarding or success role.
Ability to explain value and build customer trust.
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded customers and track progress through onboarding stages.
Support customers in the first post-sale period with proactive follow-up and issue resolution.
Coordinate and deliver customer training experiences within the onboarding operating model.
Capture status updates in CRM and maintain clear handoffs to ensure scalability.
Identify expansion opportunities early through growth discovery questions.
Support revenue growth through cross-sell/upsell initiatives aligned to customer needs.
