• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in commercial planning and customer activations.
• Strong analytical skills and KPI tracking.
• Collaboration across Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Responsabilidades

• Define channel, customer and brand portfolio priorities aligned with growth ambitions.
• Build annual and quarterly commercial plans focused on key cities, occasions and outlets.
• Lead investments across A&P activations, trade spend and customer programs to maximize ROI.
• Develop joint business plans with On Trade customers to unlock mutual growth.
• Translate strategies into best-in-class market execution across priority outlets.
• Track and optimize KPIs including sell-out, NSV, share and rate of sale.
