Schneider National, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Team Leader - Operations to lead and develop a team of associates on-site. The role involves coaching the team, managing productivity, and driving on-time service while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The position requires a 2pm–8pm second shift, with flexibility to support other shifts as needed. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field and at least two years of relevant experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics or a related field.
• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Goal-driven with ability to coach and influence a team.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and mentor a team of associates.
