Responsabilidades

• Build strong working relationships with various internal teams.
• Leverage systems and processes to promote safe and legal transit.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating daily shipment status reports to customers.
• Provide rail services support to the U.S. team when needed.
• Find ways to improve processes by eliminating inefficiencies.
• Generate fulfillment scorecards to track volume.
