Job summary

Intugo, in partnership with a foreign immigration services company, seeks a Sales Representative to assist prospective clients with immigration needs. You will schedule appointments, provide service information, and help convert inquiries into clients while maintaining a professional experience.

The role is full-time, on-site in Sonora, with a monthly gross salary of MXN 15,000 plus commissions, food stamps, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients over the phone to identify their needs and determine how the firm can support them.
• Provide clear and concise information regarding immigration services and processes.
• Use sales techniques to encourage prospective clients to begin their legal process with the firm.
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent and culturally sensitive communication.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Offer solutions to address clients’ concerns or obstacles.
• Maintain accurate and timely communication across all customer interactions.
