Landing in Mexico City is hiring an Executive Business Partner to support the VP of Operations. This role blends executive support, cross-functional coordination, and operational analysis, with regular travel to the United States and on-site collaboration across two countries.

It is a development seat for future leadership within Operations. You will work closely with leaders in MXC and the US, ensuring commitments are tracked, dashboards are actionable, and decisions are made with complete

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations coordination, program support, or business analysis, ideally supporting a senior leader in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and BI tools, able to read dashboards and explain variances
• Experience using AI tools in real work and ability to articulate concrete examples

Responsabilités

• Track open commitments across departments and move them to completion
• Prepare agendas and pre-reads for recurring reviews to start meetings at the decision point
• Capture, track, and distribute action items with owners
• Consult dashboards and return with findings and recommendations
• Build recurring reports to avoid manual number pulling
• Use AI tools to drive efficiency across analysis, communications, and prep
• Identify process gaps and areas needing better visibility
• Spend time with CDMX teams, sit in meetings, and execute to move work forward
• Surface issues not making it up the chain, with context to act on
• Manage high-priority scheduling and communications with clear criteria
• Organize site visits, offsites, and centralized documentation
• Travel regularly to the United States to support cross-border operations
