Job summary

Littelfuse is hiring a Distribution Supervisor in Piedras Negras, Mexico to oversee packing, shipping, and distribution operations on-site. You will coordinate shifts, ensure accurate labeling, and maintain system integrity while supporting CSR requirements and production schedules.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in shipping/warehousing, SAP and Excel proficiency, and experience with WMS/barcode scanning. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within a dynamic plant

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in packing, shipping, warehouse, or distribution operations.
Proven experience leading and supervising hourly/operational personnel.
Working knowledge of SAP (deliveries and inventory transactions), Excel, and KPIs.
Experience using barcode scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
Ability to coordinate activities and ensure achievement of shift objectives.

Responsibilities

Plan the daily and weekly shipping plan, allocate workload by shift and respect shipping cut-off times.
Manage pickers and packers, monitor staffing and overtime per guidelines.
Verify part numbers, quantities, labeling, packaging, and destinations against orders.
Enforce 6S standards, safe handling, and proper loading procedures.
Collaborate with Warehouse, Planning, Logistics/Traffic and Quality to resolve deviations and implement improvements.
