Littelfuse is seeking a Master Production Scheduler for our Matehuala site to lead production planning and scheduling, ensuring material availability and meeting customer commitments. You will align with Manufacturing, Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, and Customer Service to optimize inventory and capacity, driving operational excellence.

The role requires strong planning expertise, experience in discrete manufacturing, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or business field.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and supply chain.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing environments (electronics, industrial, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of MPS, MRP, capacity planning, inventory management, and S&OP/SIOP.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP/MRP systems experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across functions.
• Strategic and tactical planning with organizational prioritization.
• Conversational English proficiency is required.
• Demonstrated leadership and driving continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term production plans and schedules.
• Manage master production schedules and planning parameters.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Materials to mitigate supply risks.
• Lead cross-functional escalations to resolve issues affecting supply and delivery.
• Monitor and report key planning KPIs to drive visibility.
• Coach and develop the Planning team with clear objectives and metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement for planning accuracy and inventory optimization.
• Support ERP/MRP implementations and planning system enhancements.
• Set production priorities and sequencing to optimize plant performance.
