Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in receiving and shipping warehouse management.
• Knowledge of KPI’s.
• SAP knowledge or similar ERP.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics coordination.
• Ability to train employees and follow up their performance.
• Main focus to maintain and exceed accuracy levels greater than 95%.
• Teamwork oriented across the organization.
• Promote and comply safety company policies and regulations.
• Root Cause analysis problem solver.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excel advanced knowledge.
• Able to communicate and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervising warehouse daily activities.
• Manage and train a team to receive and ship products to JCI production plants.
• Review and change procedures to meet and exceed customer needs.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
