Zusammenfassung

Littelfuse in Piedras Negras, Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement and optimize manufacturing processes ensuring product quality and efficiency. You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support new product introductions.

This role requires a mechanical/electrical/mechatronics background, PFMEA and Control Plans knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or similar role.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, process flow diagrams and manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to analyze OEE, cycle time, scrap and downtime.
• Experience supporting engineering changes, new product introductions and tooling improvements.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, layouts, workflows and standards.
• Lead continuous improvement by analyzing cycle times, scrap, defects, OEE and downtime.
• Provide technical support to production lines and perform root cause analysis.
• Support ECOs and PCNs, prototype evaluation, PFMEAs and process documentation.
• Coordinate equipment and line transfers, tooling design and cross-functional collaboration.
• Investigate quality issues, support MRB and audit responses, implement CAPAs.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards and preventive maintenance materials.
