Job summary

Landing, Inc. is seeking an entry‑level Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our on-site Mexico City office. You will help ensure invoices and expense transactions are processed accurately and on time, maintain organized financial records, and support basic reporting.

As you gain hands-on experience with Ramp, PEX, NetSuite, and AI-assisted coding tools, you'll develop critical AP skills while contributing to a fast-paced, detail-oriented accounting team.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (B2) or higher.
• On-site work in Mexico City required.
• Experience with Ramp, PEX or similar AP platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with AI tools to streamline tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process and review AP transactions using Ramp/PEX with AI-assisted coding.
• Assist with day-to-day AP processing and provide docs for reconciliations.
• Review vendor invoices and manage AP inbox routing.
• Create fixed assets in the system and assist with reporting.
• Collect vendor documentation and maintain records in NetSuite/Ramp.
• Compare AP records with vendor statements and flag discrepancies.
