Auberge Collection is seeking an Learning & Development Manager to elevate service execution and leadership capability across the property. You will coach leaders and frontline teams, translating brand programs into daily behaviors that shape the guest experience.

This role blends real-time coaching with strategic program delivery in a high-visibility setting. Reporting to Talent & Culture with cross-functional exposure, you will drive engagement, retention, and internal growth while ensuring

Formación

3–5+ years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
Experience coaching, training, or developing teams in an operational environment.
Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Confidence influencing and advising at all levels.
High energy and comfort on the floor in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

Spend time in the operation observing, coaching, and elevating service delivery.
Provide real-time feedback to teams and leaders.
Partner with departments to identify gaps and drive performance improvement.
Translate guest feedback and operational metrics into actionable learning.
Deliver core learning programs with consistency and energy.
Coach leaders to strengthen their ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable.
