Aon plc in Mexico City is seeking a Learning and Development professional to drive training programs across Mexico and Colombia GCCs in a hybrid, post-training flexible setup. You will design and coordinate learning initiatives, manage logistics, deliver sessions, and collaborate with business leaders, HR and external vendors to meet capability-building objectives.

Success will be measured by high participation and satisfaction, strong onboarding outcomes, and continuous improvement of learning

Formación

• Bachelor's degree; certifications in Learning and Development are desirable.
• Sophisticated English (C1) to interact with managers across countries.
• 5–8 years in Learning, Training, Talent Development or related fields.
• Experience building learning programs using needs assessments, surveys, and focus groups.
• Skilled in program management, facilitation, and instructional design.
• Strong stakeholder communication in a global environment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver learning initiatives across Mexico & Colombia GCCs.
• Plan and manage training logistics, scheduling, and materials readiness.
• Partner with leaders, HR, and vendors to align with GCC objectives.
• Deliver selected sessions including onboarding and development programs.
• Manage learner communications, registrations, feedback, and reporting.
• Monitor participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness.
• Maintain LMS data and training documentation for accurate reporting.
• Support career pathways and learning journeys to enable growth.
• Drive operational excellence in learning delivery and processes.
