Formación
- : Direct leadership experience in hospitality or hospitality SaaS customer leadership (2+ yrs in role)
- + Strong emotional intelligence and trust-building
- + Ability to drive learning, career growth, and process improvements across a team
Responsabilidades
- Lead Onboarding Coaches to deliver exceptional onboarding and value realization
- Drive AI-enabled tooling adoption to reduce admin work and accelerate product adoption
- Partner with Sales, Product and Support to implement systemic improvements
- Define success metrics and monitor retention-related outcomes for customers
