fontisenergy is seeking an experienced maintenance coordinator for offshore rigs to plan and coordinate all maintenance and inspection activities. This role prioritizes rig operation needs to maximize efficiency and requires strong cost-control and documentation discipline.

The candidate should have drilling industry experience, a mechanical engineering background if possible, and fluent English to communicate with diverse teams across onshore and offshore locations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years in drilling-related industry; 2 years in the position.
• Experience in relevant maintenance roles.

Responsabilidades

• Input and cost control to keep annual maintenance within rig budget.
• Advise modifications to procedures and change frequencies in Fontis Maintenance System.
• Coordinate planning of all maintenance activities with the Maintenance Manager and Rig Manager.
• Ensure replacement parts are maintained to support operations.
• Verify work permits, isolation tags, and logs reflect equipment status.
• Ensure material requisitions reflect required materials and services.
• Participate in training onshore and offshore as required.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records to comply with rig regulations.
• Treat team with respect, fairness, and professionalism.
• Mentor and develop newly appointed crew members.
• Ensure annual performance reviews are completed.
• Assist team in maintenance of equipment.
• Promote continuous improvement principles.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Any other matters deemed by Company Management.
