DiDi Global Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Supply Growth - Offline Acquisition Sr. Analyst to drive field operations and optimize offline consumer acquisition. You will bridge capacity targets with on-the-ground execution, leading field coordinators and agents.

You will build scalable field frameworks, track ROI, and partner with Product, Finance and Ops to deploy automation and improve onboarding, while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Formación

• 4–6+ years in operations, strategy, business/sales ops, growth logistics, or tech startups.
• Experience leading field teams or offline operations.
• Strong data-driven problem-solving and ROI modeling.
• Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders (product, finance, leadership).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Direct field operations and strategy for offline acquisition across cities.
• Optimize street-level funnel from lead to courier first order.
• Build tracking for field performance, cohort retention, and true acquisition costs.
• Partner with Product and Operations to deploy acquisition automation and onboarding tools.
• Coordinate funding, equipment allocation, and strategic alignment with cross-functional teams.
• Translate field insights into data-driven business cases for long-term roadmap.
