Hellmann Worldwide Logistics S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Pricing & Tender Management Operations Associate in Monterrey to support the preparation of ocean freight rate quotes, coordinate with overseas offices, and ensure accurate pricing data.

The role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and adherence to global pricing strategies. You will interact with network partners, assist in quoting processes, and help drive efficiencies in carrier selection and rate accuracy while supporting

Formación

• High School Diploma and 1–3 years in freight forwarding preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate ocean freight rate quotes for routed business using standard tariffs and rate management systems.
• Communicate with overseas offices and partners to secure local charges (origin and destination).
• Follow up on quotes via email and phone.
• Provide feedback to Product Management Ocean to ensure service and rate accuracy.
• Handover booking requests to HWL USA Operations and overseas offices.
