Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Mexico City to support ocean shipments. The role involves coordinating import/export shipments, providing proactive customer service, and resolving transport issues within a hybrid work setup at Insurgentes Sur.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in freight forwarding, strong teamwork, adaptability, and business acumen. Fluency in English is preferred to serve international clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ocean freight forwarding
• Background in freight forwarding in Ocean transportation
• English fluent preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordination of import/export shipments for ocean freight

• Coordination with suppliers to ensure the proper transportation of goods
• Timely follow-up and closure of assigned shipments
