The role combines hands-on property management with community engagement, requiring organization, independence, and a guest-centric approach.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, based in or near Oaxaca City, and ready to foster a strong local brand presence while coordinating with vendors and the guest

Qualifications

• Based in or near Oaxaca City.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Customer-centric mindset and proactive approach.
• Willingness to take initiative and handle hands-on tasks.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a high level of service for a seamless guest experience.
• Welcome guests in person and via messaging platforms; address questions and concerns.
• Oversee property operations; conduct inspections and manage turnovers with cleaners and vendors.
• Ensure amenities and spaces are well-presented and maintained.
• Moderate and engage with local community groups and events.
• Support with local recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction.
