Grupo TECMA in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in wire harness manufacturing to develop, improve, and optimize production processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of cable and harness assembly, continuous improvement methodologies, and manufacturing engineering tools, with 3+ years of experience and advanced English preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, electromechanical engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in wire harness or cable assembly manufacturing is required.
• Knowledge of wire cutting, stripping, crimping, splicing, soldering, and electrical testing processes.
• Experience with wire processing equipment (Komax or similar) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Advanced English level preferred.
