Johnson Controls is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and manage production schedules across the plant, coordinating with sales, logistics, and manufacturing to align resources and meet delivery dates.

The role emphasizes leveraging data analysis, ERP data, and BI tools to report on plant status, forecast demand, and optimize costs. Collaborative planning and continuous improvement are core to this position.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, business administration, computer science, or CPIM/CSCP certification
• 3-5 years experience in materials management, production planning, or material scheduling in manufacturing
• Strong analytical capabilities for optimizing plans with constraints (equipment capacity, staffing, material availability)
• Travel: 5%-10%

Responsabilidades

• Create assembly line build schedules for the near term (0-12 weeks)
• Coordinate with Sales & Demand planning on build requirements
• Work with Manufacturing Engineers to understand shop constraints and incorporate into scheduling
• Incorporate supply constraints (capacity, logistics) into the scheduling algorithm
• Build the plan using Theory of Constraints & optimization to meet weekly build targets and minimize costs
• Lead cross-functional change management during issues in frozen window (1 week)
• Run analyses to identify optimal plant solutions during issues (rebalancing, breakdowns, shortages)
• Coordinate introduction of NPI into production
• Attend program launch meetings for new variants and timing
• Participate in daily plant operations reviews for material flow health
• Own weekly/monthly/quarterly status reporting to management and partners
• Extract data from ERP/production systems and create status reports with Tableau/PowerBI
• Support S&O (Sales & Operational Execution) meetings
• Define business requirements and use cases for software development
