Johnson Controls is seeking a Master Scheduler to align sales, plant and supply chain to create achievable production schedules. The role focuses on driving on-time delivery, optimizing resources, and communicating plans across manufacturing, logistics and customer service teams.

Responsibilities include building near-term assembly line schedules (0–12 weeks), coordinating with demand planning, updating the master schedule, and using data visualization tools to report plant performance and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred or required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in materials planning or production scheduling.
• Strong data analysis skills to optimize plans under constraints.
• Proficiency in SAP; Excel and Tableau experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create the assembly line specific build schedules over the near-term horizon (0-12 weeks).
• Align with Sales & Demand planning on build requirements to drive the plan.
• Coordinate with shop engineers to incorporate constraints into scheduling.
• Support Supply Chain Planning with capacity/mix and logistics considerations.
• Build the plan using TOC & optimization to minimize costs and maximize revenue.
