Johnson Controls seeks an NPI Production Planner to coordinate production planning for launches and new products, ensuring capacity, materials, and data readiness for a smooth manufacturing transition.

The role collaborates with Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, Quality, and commercial teams to protect dates and maintain visibility, driving continuous improvement and effective performance reporting.

Formación

• Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related degree.
• 5+ years in materials and at least 3 years in planning, materials, or production scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, MRP, and MPS.
• Experience with management systems and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Conversational English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and track weekly production plans for finished goods and subassemblies.
• Balance sales order demand with available capacity to meet ship dates.
• Analyze and adjust production plans as demand or capacity changes.
• Maintain lead time, order interval, and lot size in MPS.
• Prepare data for MPS meetings and launch reviews.
• Coordinate preparation of sales orders for finished goods and components.
• Participate in daily production meetings and Gemba walks to identify risks.
• Prepare and present reports and status updates for management.
• Track integration of NPI into production, identifying constraints.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environment and ISO 9001.
