Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Mexico is seeking an NPI Leader to guide new product introductions from concept to release in line with SOP-8-40004-581. You will identify manufacturability and design issues with the CIT team and drive projects to deliver manufacturable products that generate plant profit.

You will lead and coordinate the NPI team to ensure all client requirements are met and total satisfaction is achieved, including implementing new processes for assemblies of existing product families

Qualifications

• Experience with NPI processes and SOP-8-40004-581.
• Knowledge of client documentation (BOMs, schematics, AVLs, ECOs).
• Familiarity with quality methodologies and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the NPI team to meet client requirements and project milestones.
• Identify manufacturability and design issues with CIT to release manufacturable products.
