Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from design handoff through manufacturing qualification, production ramp-up, and handover to Operations.
• Drive manufacturing readiness, ensuring equipment, tooling, fixtures, documentation, materials, quality controls, and resources are ready to support product launch.
• Collaborate closely with Product Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Manufacturing, Materials, Automation, Test Engineering, and Operations.
• Review product designs and technical requirements to ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and production readiness.
• Develop and maintain NPI project plans, milestones, risks, action trackers, and deliverables to ensure execution against committed timelines.
