Sanmina Corporation in Mexico is seeking an NPI Leader to drive new product introductions from concept through release. You will coordinate the NPI team, work with CIT to resolve manufacturability concerns, and ensure client quality and timing targets are met.

The role requires strong project management, familiarity with ISO 14001 and IATF standards, and hands-on experience with new process implementations for assemblies across product families.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading NPI projects with adherence to SOP-8-40004-581.
• Ability to identify manufacturability and design issues with CIT team.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams through all NPI phases.
