Vertiv Co is seeking a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead multiple NPDI and capital projects across target sites, driving standardization of manufacturing processes. You will coordinate with Design Engineering, Program Management and Operations to meet NPDI milestones and deliverables, while advancing global manufacturing standards.

Formación

• BSME/IE/Business Operations Management with 4–6 years manufacturing experience.
• MSME/IE/MBA and 5+ years Advanced Manufacturing experience.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma formal training or certifications.
• Extensive knowledge of formalized Advanced and Lean Manufacturing applications.
• Experience in New Product Development and Product Transfers.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with Line of Business Leaders to ensure manufacturing plans are aligned to Product Roadmaps.
• Responsible for End of Line Testing Equipment development, including automation, Parameters, scripts and Capex associated
• Lead, Develop and implement manufacturing plans for assigned new products according to NPDI program
• Lead and Provide direct support for plant-to-plant product transfers and new product development programs.
• Support Vertiv manufacturing operations using standard processes, equipment, and manufacturing methods.
• Identify, justify, pilot, and commission Advanced Manufacturing technologies, processes, equipment, and practices. Capital projects that support Growth, NPDI, Product Transfers, Technical Capacity and Footprint associated
• Provide support for manufactured cost analyses of new and existing products.
• Responsible for the execution of Manufacturing Readiness Checklist and deliverables of NPDI Process
• Leader for Manufacturing Prototype builds along with the local operation team to achieve 2 weeks LT
• Accountable and Supportive Role for Engineering Prototype builds with Design Engineering
• Actively intervenes in growth strategies for assigned BU, footprint and technical capacity definition
• Implement best manufacturing practices for existing processes and provide multi-site manufacturing engineering support.
• Assist with business-critical capital projects including facility planning, layout, and cost justification.
