Vertiv is seeking a manufacturing program leader to align plans with product roadmaps and drive NPDI execution. You will manage testing equipment, lead new product introductions, and coordinate between plants to ensure on-time product transfers and cost-effective manufacturing improvements.

The successful candidate will bring 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and a track record in Lean/Six Sigma, with the ability to coach teams in a transformational environment.

Formación

• BSME/IE/Business Operations Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years manufacturing experience.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma formal training or certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Line of Business Leaders to align manufacturing plans with Product Roadmaps.
• Oversee End of Line Testing Equipment, parameters, scripts, and Capex.
• Lead and implement manufacturing plans for new products per NPDI program.
• Support plant-to-plant product transfers and new product development programs.
