Atos Monterrey, NL (On-site) seeks a Network Operations Engineer to monitor network health, resolve Level 2/3 incidents, and perform basic Cisco changes to ensure service availability. You will use ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and Cisco Prime to manage alerts and tickets, analyze connectivity issues, and coordinate with teams and providers.

Required 1–3 years in NOC or similar roles, with strong Cisco routing/switching, BGP/EIGRP/TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, and experience in monitoring platforms.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

Monitor real‑time network health and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents.
Implement basic configuration changes on Cisco networking equipment.
Manage alerts, tickets, and operational reports using ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, and related tools.
Diagnose connectivity, routing, and performance issues.
Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate and updated operational documentation.
Participate in major incident management and high‑priority situations.
