Atos is seeking a Network Operations Engineer to monitor the network, manage Level 2/3 incidents, and perform basic Cisco changes to ensure service availability. You will use tools like ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and Cisco Prime to manage alerts and reports, analyze connectivity issues, and maintain documentation.

The role requires Cisco expertise, familiarity with BGP/EIGRP/TCP/IP, and experience with monitoring platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco routers and switches.
• Strong command of BGP, EIGRP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Telnet, SSH, and FTP.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring platforms such as ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, Splunk, or Infoblox.
• Ability to work under pressure, adaptable, and detail‑oriented.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor real‑time network health and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents.
• Implement basic configuration changes on Cisco networking equipment.
• Manage alerts, tickets, and operational reports using ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, Splunk, and related tools.
• Diagnose connectivity, routing, and performance issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate and updated operational documentation.
• Participate in major incident management and high‑priority situations.
