Arcadion is seeking a skilled NOC Specialist based in Mexico City to join our Network Operations Centre. In this full-time role, you will monitor and manage multi-site enterprise networks, troubleshoot network incidents, and collaborate with various teams. The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of experience in NOC/L2–L3 support with strong skills in Aruba, Juniper, and Fortinet technologies. • Experience troubleshooting and resolving layer 2-3 network incidents.
• Ability to configure, maintain, and optimize switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with customer-focused documentation and communication.
