You balance nightly audits, ensure security, respond to late-night requests, and hand over details to morning staff. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; experience with hotel software and cash handling helps you operate autonomously through night shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front Desk or Night Audit within a lifestyle or boutique hotel.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with PMS software and cash handling.
• Strong problem solving, emotional intelligence, and ability to work autonomously during night hours.
• Vibrant, easy-going personality that fits Mama culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet late-night arrivals with high energy and genuine warmth, handle seamless check-ins/check-outs, and manage room assignments according to MAMA standards.
• Execute nightly audit procedures, balance accounts, reconcile cash drawers, and generate end-of-day reports for management.
• Act as the primary point of contact during the night shift for security matters, monitor access and coordinate with security staff.
• Handle late-night inquiries, resolve minor guest issues with empathy, and fulfill requests (e.g., amenities, late-night recommendations).
• Prepare shift handover logs, communicating unusual occurrences, maintenance issues, or VIP arrivals to the morning team.
• Answer overnight calls, manage reservations, and support other departments as needed.
