Job summary

Hyde Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent Overnight – Front Office in Mexico City to deliver warm, efficient hospitality from arrival to departure. You will manage check-ins/outs, assist with room assignments, and answer guest inquiries while upholding Hyde’s lifestyle spirit and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality studies preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in Front Desk or guest-facing hospitality roles.
• Experience in lifestyle, luxury, upscale, boutique hotels is a plus.
• Advanced English required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-in/check-out efficiently according to hotel standards.
• Provide guest information about hotel outlets, events, services and local experiences.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Process payments, guarantees, charges and cashiering accurately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest requests.
