Hyde is making its debut in Mexico City, bringing a festival-inspired hospitality concept under Ennismore. The Guest Service Agent Overnight – Front Office will deliver warm, efficient service from arrival to departure and support a smooth Front Office operation.

The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about hospitality, with strong English and guest relations skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality studies preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year in front desk or guest services.
• Advanced English required; other languages a plus.
• Experience in lifestyle, luxury hotels is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Check-in and check-out efficiently.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Promote hotel outlets and experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests.
