Solvo Global Careers is seeking a New Patient Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for new patients, attorneys, chiropractors, urgent care offices, and other medical providers. You will coordinate patient intake, verify information, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of healthcare experience, strong English communication, and Spanish language skills are preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Experience with patient intake and medical scheduling.
• Strong communication with patients and healthcare providers.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main contact for new patients, attorneys, and medical providers.
• Coordinate new patient intake processes
• Collect and verify patient information accurately
• Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups
• Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries
• Maintain professional communication through phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Deliver a positive and efficient patient experience
