The position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer‑focused Caregiver Onboarding Coordinator to support newly hired caregivers throughout the onboarding process. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience from offer acceptance through orientation day. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple onboarding workflows while providing excellent virtual support and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with newly hired caregivers from offer acceptance through orientation day to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Provide virtual support to caregivers with onboarding documentation and required uploads.
• Track onboarding progress and follow up consistently to ensure all requirements are completed in a timely manner.
• Monitor eligibility status, including documentation and background checks.
• Reschedule caregiver orientations when needed.
• Communicate onboarding status updates clearly and professionally with caregivers.
• Notify branch teams once caregivers are fully cleared and ready to be staffed with clients.
• Maintain accurate tracking records and calendars related to onboarding activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client‑facing roles, customer service, or support functions.
• Advanced English level (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and professional communication skills.
• Excellent calendar management, tracking, and follow‑up skills.
