Solvo Global is seeking a New Patient Coordinator to be the main point of contact for new patients, attorneys, and medical providers in our Chihuahua, Mexico location. The role emphasizes clear communication, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple conversations while delivering a positive patient experience.

You will support patient intake, gather accurate information, coordinate scheduling, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience (patient coordination, intake, or similar role).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

Patient Coordinator

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships while ensuring timely communication and coordination throughout the patient intake process. As a New Patient Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting patients and external partners by facilitating communication, gathering accurate information, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new patients.
