GenesisBPO in Polanco, CDMX, is hiring for an on-site Full-time position selling loan products to U.S. customers. Expect no cold calling, guided verification and contract signing, and same-day funding. The role emphasizes speed, follow-up, and genuine conversations.

Base salary is MXN 19,161 gross per month with an uncapped sales bonus and paid training from day one. Benefits include an attendance bonus, grocery vouchers, referral bonus, and strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken (English will be formally evaluated).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in phone sales, collections, or lending.
• Comfort working in a high-volume environment (100+ calls per day).
• Strong typing skills and the ability to multitask between phone and computer.
• Openness to feedback: regular call coaching and applying it.

Responsibilities

• Contact new applicants by phone, text, and email within minutes of applying, following a structured multi-day contact cadence.
• Ask discovery questions to understand each customer's needs before recommending a solution.
• Handle objections confidently and ask for the close.
• Guide customers through income verification, contract signing, and funding.
• Write personalized follow-up messages.
• Enter customer data accurately in our CRM.
• Meet daily and monthly conversion and funding goals.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. (7:00 AM-4:00 PM during U.S. daylight saving time, approximately March-November)

About the Role

No cold calling. Every customer you speak with has already applied. You'll sell loan products to U.S. customers by understanding each applicant's situation, guiding them through verification and contract signing, and getting your loan funded the same day. Your results depend on speed, consistent follow-up, and genuine conversations.

Compensation

• Base salary:$19,161 MXN gross per month
• Uncapped sales bonus based on performance
• Paid training from day one

Benefits

• Grocery vouchers: 10% of base salary after the 90-day probation period
