Mercedes-Benz AG in CDMX seeks a results-driven professional to develop the agent network, analyze KPIs, and support customer experience improvements. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage agent scorecards and awards programs, and contribute to contract and systems governance.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, collaboration with BUs, and executive communications to align network operations with brand standards.

Formación

• 2–4 years in automotive network development, customer experience, or dealer performance management.
• Experience leading consulting programs and cross-functional projects.
• PMO experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency for KPI tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Project Management for Agent Scorecard and MB Mex Agent Awards Program.
• Oversee Customer Experience initiatives and KPI analysis to drive improvements.
• Systems & Agent Contract Management and related governance.
• Prepare Top Management Presentations & Communications for internal and external audiences.
