Zebra Technologies is seeking a dedicated NALA Lean Six Sigma Process Advisor to drive continuous process improvements across North and Latin America. You will coach, train, and mentor teams, champion DMAIC projects, and partner with leaders to elevate process maturity and efficiency.

The role emphasizes training material development, Kaizen event leadership, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable business impact. Fluency in English and Spanish is a strong plus.

Formación

• 4–5 years in continuous improvement, process engineering, or Lean Six Sigma role.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor LSS certification candidates and project leaders.
• Design and conduct training sessions for Yellow Belt candidates.
• Lead Kaizen events across business units to drive rapid improvements.
• Assess process maturity and identify gaps with cross-functional teams.
• Champions a culture of continuous improvement across the NALA region.
• Apply Lean tools (VSM, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5S) to solve business problems.
